The priority deadline to apply for a scholarship, February 1, is rapidly approaching. If you would like to attend Quest but cannot afford to attend, you should consider applying for a scholarship. Scholarships aren’t handouts though, recipients are required to do four hours of service during the roundup. You can find the scholarship form here.
If you are fortunate enough to be able to afford Quest, consider making a donation to the Scholarship Fund to help share the experience! You can donate below:
The preliminary schedule for Quest 2017 is now available on the Schedule Page! Only 46 Days Left until the start of Quest!
As many of you are aware, the Doubletree (former Springmaid) took a substantial amount of damage during Hurricane Matthew. The hotel is now under repair, and as a result of the damage, they had to reduce our room block for Quest. The host committee was able to secure overflow lodging at the fabulous Crown Reef Resort, located next door to the Doubletree.
So what does this mean?
If you would like to stay onsite for Quest at the Doubletree, then you should book your room here now! The room block is quickly filling up!
If you are OK staying at the Crown Reef Resort next door, you can enjoy their indoor heated pool, lazy river, and other amenities for virtually the same price. Those who register early will still receive breakfast included in registration at the Doubletree!
There will committee members staying at both hotels. Booking instructions for the overflow hotel will be posted once the room block with Doubletree is full.
You are invited to join us from February 24-26, 2017 at the FABULOUS 31st Annual Quest Carolina Roundup at the DoubleTree Resort Myrtle Beach Oceanfront in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Registration for Quest 2017 is now officially open. Early registration is available here until January 31, 2017 for $45. Regular Registration is $55 and will available until the start of the conference.
And the 2017 Theme Is…
MORE WILL BE REVEALED
Remember, the 2017 conference is at the same hotel as last year! The Springmaid Beach Resort has changed its name to the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Myrtle Beach Oceanfront!
We still have plenty of service positions available to the Volunteer page to get involved! If you can’t volunteer time, consider sponsoring a scholarship!
